Hey all! well i am almost 3 weeks in to vaping and LOVE it! i have a couple questions i am hoping to get help with ~ 1. my KGO came with 2 empty cartridges (no filling) and a couple of cartridges i've used heavily have filling that looks pretty grim. is there a filling i can add to my empties and to replace my worn out ones. i use my cartomizers quite a bit but i seem to get more solid toots from the cartridges and i don't mind adding the liquid more often. ~2. i have been using Hoosier to this point and actually have been very happy with their Dekang- USA Mix, Vanilla and Caramel. they are all 100% PG and after trying a 60-40 mix of another brand which i really enjoyed i'm wondering can i simply add some VG to my Dekang 100% PG? i really enjoyed the vapor of the other mix and it was a beautiful throat hit. Hoosier has the Dekang 50mls @ $11.00 which is a steal and would it would be awesome if it was just that easy to add VG or mix in other flavors. thanks in advance to all you guys and gals that take time to help out us newbies! I would suggest the vivi nova from hoosier. They work great with the 1.8 ohm head on the kgo. Yes you can add in some vg but it will dilute the nic and flavor depending how much you add. I do that and add Vanilla concentrated flavor to the dekang dk-tab and some ethyl maltol {cotton candy}for a bit of sweetener.
thanks guys! so is there a substance like cotton or similar that works well in stuffing the empty cartridges or replacing the old? i realize they're cheap to buy anyway but it seems a waste to throw out the cartridges if i can fill them with something that is safe and doesn't release juice too fast or too slow.
Carts are kind of old technology right now. If I remember correctly, people used those pyramid tea bags (minus the tea, of course) and shoved it in. I also remember something about blue foam... lemme see what I can dig up.

Wizard Labs is pretty popular. I was happy with my experience with them. Definitely spend some time in the DIY sub-forum before you get started.

I bought 24mg 30/70 premix (I'm a math idiot and didn't want to mess with a bunch of mixing), menthol liquid, bottles, and some pipettes. I just wanted a straight menthol to mix with some other flavors I have. They sent me a free sample of blueberry. I never would've tried blueberry if they hadn't, but I'm glad they sent it. My next order will definitely include blueberry.
