The real question is why do you need to mix them together? Why not dilute both batches down to your desired strength?

I forgot that 24ml 80/20 12mg and 18ml %100 vg 36mg what will be vg/pg ratio?

24ml at 12mg per is 288mg.
18ml at 36mg per is 648mg.
Combined there are 288 + 648 = 936mg in 42ml total volume.
936mg / 42ml = roughly 22.285 per.
