this is a touchy subject. the only thing I have ever mixed was Boba's bounty and HHV legend.

the boba's was steeped about 4 months and the legend was steeped a month or so I think.

Other than that, 2 juices that sound like they will go well together, might very well taste horrid. If it was me, I wouldn't mix them in a tank except for maybe a bottom feed tank in very small amounts at first.

Or dripping would be the optimum solution

If you are talking about mixing 'finished products'...

I've mixed menthol and clove separately with various tobacco flavors.. most came out pretty awful.. it seemed to be a waste of good juice on every level.

I do make my own juice, but the flavor mixing of concentrates into base is far different than mixing together finished products. Experimenting is cheap, and I've had more success with the clove and menthol / mint flavors. I wouldn't recommend ever mixing finished products, even my own.

yes, what kabooma said.....

never comes out tasting what you think it will lol. the tobacco blends of finished products I had mixed as stated above didn't come out bad at all. was pretty pleasant, but mixing something up from finished product that is pleasant and tastes good is kinda a rare occurance haha

Does anyone mix different flavor e juices together. If so does anyone have good suggestions I can try. I would also like to know the amount you use in the tank. Thanks for helping a newby. Lol
You can mix kind e-juices with out too much trouble. If they sounds good together, than try it? Ie. Fruity and cream , fruity mix etc...
The amount of juice you use depends on what type of tank are you talking about. Generally 2/3 to the top on top wick/bottom wick. Never too close to the top of the tank. There are some tank designs that allows you to fill up all the way too.

Regards.

Option 2, since it seems there is always that bit left that just won't fill your device, keep a "suicide vape" bottle in the freezer, dump the drips and drabs in there. When you get in a mood to brave it, or are out of anything else, go for it. Might be good, might be lousy but, hey, mixing suicides at the soda fountain has the same results LOL. Besides if it's the only nic you have, you'll vape it.

If I do it, I usually use an old Evod tank and just mix up about 1ml at a time. That way if you don't like it you haven't wasted much. I just clean out the tank and do a dry burn after each experiment.

I have had success with fruits and cream or vanilla. But also an unexpected one with tiramisu, honey, cream and coconut - tastes like a coconut peanut brittle. It is easier with DIY mixes though.

I mix small portions in my clearomisers all the time. Vanilla and Mint. Peach and Mango. Apple and Peach. Vanilla, Mint and Halo's Twisted Java. It's not very hard, especially when you just do a few drops at a time till you get the flavor just how you like it.

ETA:It's best to start with a larger portion of a base flavor (ie peach or mint) and add another flavor to give it dimension in small doses (mango or vanilla)

I just recently started vaping and started with halo and got their tobacco sample pack. I wasn't wild about the prime or the longhorn however I decided to try mixing them and together they made a rather tasty interesting blend. On this subject I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on what I could add to Halo's Voodoo to make it taste a bit less like garbage. I have two bottles and I cannot stand the stuff. So far its the first absolutely horrid juice I've found from Halo.

I know exactly what you're talking about. Every time I don't like a flavor or have some spare while cleaning tank/replacing heads, I dump the liquid in a container. I can't imagine what it will taste like after a few more flavors get in it. I probably should have been taking notes, you never know it might blow my mind.

Ok great suggestions. One day I hope to DIY. But for now just experimenting. Like a few have said some that sounds good taste horrid. Now someone mentioned steeping. What exactly is that? Also when should you do that. Thanks again everyone.

Steeping is letting a juice 'age' - they tend to develop different flavors as they mix over time. Most juices will improve with age, but some you still won't like even after leaving it for months.
How I steep depends on the vendor but usually I'll get the juice and leave it with the cap off for a day or two just on the counter (or in my vape chest) This will often get rid, or mute, that perfumey taste some juices have.
Then, I put it up for a week or two and then try half a clearo. Some will be good, others might have to go back in the chest.

One tip for mixing I learned on the ECF was to buy a straight up menthol juice and a bottle of sweetener, like ethyl maltol (you can get both at most juice vendors). Then you can add a few drops of either one to a clearo of juice that you may not be too keen on. Sometimes that's all it takes to make a vaping nirvana, other times, *shudder* it's horrific.

Mix it up, some of the best combinations I ever found were when I didn't quite finish a clearo and just put the next juice on top.
