Mixing liquid to change the Nicotine level?

So, lets say I have a couple of bottles of 24mg liquid, but I really want 12mg.

Can I buy 0mg (same juice, same vendor) and mix them together to get 12mg?

Seems like that would be so, but perhaps I'm missing something.

Yes you can. I do it all the time. To get from 24 mg to 12mg, you would combine equal parts of the 24 and 0, so, 10mls of 24mg plus 10mls of 0mg would yield 20mls of 12mg.
