As mentioned in the other thread, I mix my flavors ahead of time and I feel like it helps.
I have mainly noticed since doing so that my fresh mixes don't lack any of the flavor notes like they did when I was smashing individual flavors into a large amount of base and trying to vape it straight away. When you think about it, it makes some
sense because; rather than each flavor chasing the others around in a large amount of base while the bonding process takes place, using the "pre-mix" I can shake and vape without saying "this will be nice once the vanilla comes through" because it's already melded with the other flavors nicely, though diluted in the base.
While yes, I definitely believe that the overall mix needs some time to blend, I also believe that a good, vapeable and enjoyable liquid is achievable more quickly by mixing flavor percentages ahead of time and allowing them to blend on their own.
Just my .02 and my own experience, but it really doesn't hurt anything to plop your flavor percentages into a bottle to test it for yourself! It's science and science is fun!
