Mixing pg and vg?

So I've been toying around with diy, and after mixing 60/40, it is still much harder to suck into the syringe than my premade 50/50 juice. This makes me think that the PG and VG are not properly mixed. So how do you mix pg and vg when doing small batches?

Doesn't sound right to me. If your 60/40 is PG/VG then it should be thinner. But, if your 60/40 is VG/PG it would be thicker!

I stopped doing small batches and now mix my "juice base liquid" (nic+PG+VG at desired nic level and ratio ) in bulk then add my flavor %'s to that. Makes the creation process much faster and cleaner for me. I have a spreadsheet for the final product. Works well for me.
