mixed pg+vg 50/50

I've been DIYing juice for more than a month now, and its mostly second nature for me now. but i recently saw a 50/50 vg pg mix and already bought it cos i thought it would be an easier mix as it was already two in one. then i just realized that i when i start to mix it with pg based nic and flavors, i wasn't really getting the 50/50 mix cause i was adding pg based stuff on it already, so im pretty sure it was more than 50% pg and less than 50% vg. im trying to get more vg in a mix like 60/40 or 70/30 vg/pg but i couldn't do that with a ready mixed 50/50. i have a stock 100% vg right now, and no 100% pg.

how should i do the math in this? i really need help! thanks in advance!

When doing your clac just figure in how much 50/50 you are using.

Example: 10% flavor, 10ml of 12mg/ml final nic, 60mg/ml 100% pg nic base
1ml flavor (pg)
2ml nic base (pg)

You still need 2ml pg and 5ml vg to get your 50/50

So if you add 4ml of your 50\50 cutter, that is 2ml pg and 2ml vg. This leaves you with all the pg you need so all you add at this point is 3ml vg.

In the future you might be able to order a custom blend to save you time, but all my recipes have different flavor% is i find it easier to mix strait pg and vg to get my ratio.

yes i know, getting pure vg and pg in a different bottle is the way to go, but wouldn't want the 50/50 go to waste, hehe.
