so when mixing my base liquids together, should i be shaking the bottles before i add? specifically with the nicotine base. how evenly mixed is the nicotine in the base? it makes sense to mix the nicotine base beffore measuring, but when you do that hundreds of little bubbles appear, which can cause for inaccurate measuring. just curious as to what you guys do? thanks

Nicotine can settle in the base. Make sure you shake or mix it. I use glass stir rods but anything that distributes the NIC is recommended. If you get a "Pocket" of PG?VG NIC that is concentrated you can have wildly different levels from one batch to another. What I do is shake the container when I get it in the mail before I open it (I use Wizard Labs which puts a Boron gas blanket in the bottle to protect from oxidizing). Than I measure out into smaller amber glass bottles and into the freezer they go. When I thaw a bottle it gets shaken before being diluted down from 100mg/ml to 48mg/ml. When I make juice I stir the NIC base before measuring. I'm less concerned about oxidation the closer I get to the final product. I want what I'm storing to keep as well as possible. Hope that helps.

wizard Labs tells me that nic base stays suspended, and there is no need to shake it. The only reason to shake, is to mix the extra ingredients one is adding.

That's good to know. I've read the opposite from someone claiming that they were getting massive throat hit and someone else posited that the Nicotine can accumulate in pocket throughout the solution. Maybe unfounded since you got the word from the horse's mouth.
