Mixing two juices. Same flavor. Different mg. Steep after?

I have two juices that are the same flavor and pg/vg ratio. One is 3mg and the other 0mg. Thinking I'd mix them 1:1 to get 1.5mg juice. After the mix, would I need to steep it or could I vape it immediately? Both of them are already pre-steeped.

Thanks guys. Usually when you mix juices, you ought to let it steep for the flavors to mingle with each other. Since the only difference is the nicotine, I suppose that it's not necessary. I'm still sort of a vaping noob, so I just wanted to know if others thought the same way.

Oh, and one more thing. If I mixed them 1:2 (1 part 0mg and 2 parts 3mg), then I'd end up with 2mg juice, yes? I have 60 drops of 0mg in my mixing bottle. Now, if I add 120 drops of the 3mg, then the result is 2mg juice? Making sure my math is right...
