Looks like they're borrowing a lot of ideas but still don't know what the ...censored... they're trying to do.

With the original model and a carto you can easily push the the floating center pin right through it, they probably got alot of complaints passed down through the vendors from some of their customers.

That would depend on whether you want it with or without the gold colored cap

what would I need if I want the gold cap on? Also without it? Wouldnt the adapter fix everything?

Another question I had was about the stealth cap, why would someone want to buy that? Is there a specific use for it?

Yeah - what inganeer said. Some tanks have their own airflow, so that extra distance is not needed. Sometimes size matters so I had to have one for those times.

BTW, I used my MKB with a single RCR123a all weekend on a dual-SS-wick 1.6ohm AGA-T2+. No gold top-cap, regular collection tank with 1xeGo adapter. Who needs a hybrid?
happy as a clown vaping next to our firepit with guests. Mentioning it here because I've found an RCR123a battery allows a fully flush telescope in this configuration. The life isn't the best, but I have 4 of these batteries. And yes the voltage is 3.2v, but my Copper Creek houseblend likes to stay cooler. A little math... should be 6.4watts. Yup, that's the HB sweet spot.

Adapter for MKB-TS Mod-800x600.jpgTo use it without the gold cap an Ego to 510 adapter works nicely.
To use it with the gold cap an Ego to 510 coupled with a 510 to 510 shorty adapter does the job. Or get the MKB adapter from Stormy's here: http://stormysvaporcellar.com/oc_1/index.php?route=product/product&path=100_71&product_id=623
Pictured is the MKB adapter

My preference is without the cap, it resembles being mounted with GGTS connection and give full function to the air control ring

Thanks dw for clearing that up.

I'm also under the impression, when wanting to pair the mkb TS with an ithaka, no modifications are needed correct?
That is correct, just remove the gold cap and screw on an atomizer with a GGTS base

Ithaka with GGTS base.
An Oddy' or Terminator's positive post ( with GGTS base ) doesn't stick way out like Ithaka's but the floating post on the MKB-TS will adjust far enough to connect to it.

Sorry for all the stupid question but you got me all confused now with the GGTS base.

So in order to use the ithaka, I need a ggts base?

And for an oddy or terminator, ggts isn't needed. Just a simple ego to 510 adapter and remove the good top works right?

Can you maybe take a picture of the mod with the ithaka assembled together and maybe another picture With the mkb TS separated with the ithaka and the ggts base you're talking about.

Buying an ithaka, does it come with the base already?

okay i think i got it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The GGTS base is basically used with a ithika, terminator c, or an oddy with our MKB TS. The reason for this base is so that we dont use the 510 connector which gets worn out quickly right?

so this adapter fits our MKB TS with an term-c/oddy atomizer?

THE GOLDEN GREEK MODS :: Odysseus Accessories :: Odysseus GGTS Base - e-smokeguru

The other option would be to use those MKB TS adapter which makes it sit flush and works with basically with any atty?

So, what will fit the MKB-TS without the adapter or the stealth cap? In other words what will screw on to the MKB-TS in it's stock configuration? I am asking in reference to RBA's, CE4's cartos atomizers etc etc.

Your typical 510 cartomizer, of coarse you could remove the collector tank and use any 510 but it wouldn't be as good looking.

At least they offer the adapter and the stealth at this point as just a carto is quite limiting for what the device is :) It looks the business and should be with how solid it looks..

Keep in mind that this is a clone of the Golden Greek Telescopic Storm which is meant to have a GGTS based atomizer but can be still used with others.
A GGTS connection is really heavy duty compared to any of the others.
