It's very generic. Every biz that uses them has the identical site.

We are going to be reworking the site - both the regular site and the mobile site - and developing an app... just what you need, notifications on your phone every time I update a product :)

Seems there is a "known issue" with the most recent version of the BigCommerce Software (on the mobile portion of the site) and they will keep me updated (which means, wait till we fix it, and keep checking back because we're never going to proactively call you and let you know it's fixed. LOL

Lol!

Ya' know, Clark,
NT is probably the one biz I Would install an app for.
Besides, I can control the method of notification on my phone. ;)

My general feeling is that the world has enough apps. LMAO I am still unsure on the app part, curious how you all feel about it.

That said, the site needs some work, we've hired a team to put some polish on it... we're focusing on keeping it simple and easy to navigate - more pragmatic than anything else. I'm anxious to see the results!

Simple is always best... the goal is to make easy to find and buy the gravy. It should be completely intuitive. If they focus too much on anything but the e-liquid and how to easily get it from you to them, you've made a mistake. It's not as easy as it sounds. It's the paradox all us web developers face: it takes a lot of work to make it look like it took no work at all...

An app is cool but not necessary with a good mobile site.

I would love you (even more), my bank account, and wife, not so much

I do 99% of everything online on my iPad and have never had an issue on your site. Like others here have mentioned, I always choose the standard version over the mobile if there's a choice.

Youre right, the world does have enough apps. I would vote a big fat NO on a NT app. Id rather you save the money and put it towards something useful for the business. For the price of a really good e-commerce app thats built by a reputable team, thats secure and totally stable across ALL platforms, you could probably buy a seat in Congress LOL

I like mobile sites though. At least when they're done well. Again, I never had a problem with NT's. Or any others that had the same layout.
I appreciated that it felt the same as the regular site, but it fit the profile of my phone without having to horizontally scroll, or rely on multitouch to view the whole site.

I will retract my previous statement about the mobile app. With apple's new apple pay thing it would give some customers a very secure way to check out with you.
While I understand it is not the vendors fault of CCs becoming compromised by the processing center, it is a problem. With apples apple pay it does circumvent lots of that privacy concern. I'd be willing to put more info together about that, if you're curious.

If an app is required to integrate with Apple Pay, and there is sufficient demand for it - I will make the investment. Depends entirely on your feedback though.
