For an internal-battery mod, CoolFire IV gets my #1 vote.

For external battery -- Kbox Mini at vapor beast, $23.99 or if you use the YEAHBABY coupon code, $21.59.

ETA: I had 2 iStick30s and was happy with them, but one decided it would no longer hold a charge even when turned off, despite ZERO abuse; only about 6 months old and not used a great deal. So I can't really recommend them.

USA. State: Inebriated.
Been really digging this Innokin Endura T18, other than the auto fire issue (which I'm told only exists with the first batch of devices).

It's 30 bucks and it's super duper simple to use. Great mouth to lung hits, pass-thru so you can charge while you vape, top-fill tank.. Did I mention it's super duper simple?

I might buy another one just to keep around.

That one looks nice too. Not sure about external batteries though at this point. Still kind of new with the vaping gear and with all the battery precautions have me a bit freaked out.

They're actually safer than the internal ones, just a little more outlay is needed to buy the batteries and charger separately. They're also better for vapocalypse prepping, since you don't have to trash the whole mod if the battery dies -- as I had to with my iStick30.
