I'm seriously considering the Provape after all my studying. Second would be a Precise Super, and third Prodigy V3.
Ali'i from R&R would be first, but you can't even order them. If my business was that good its time to get financial backers and machinery to cut the blocks of wood. Doesn't need to be hand made....

Ryan opens orders at 8pm every friday night and only accepts orders until the quota for 1 weeks worth of production is met which due
to the high demand is about 15 minutes or less lol. There's only himself and his father making them so it's a good way of handling it. The actually cutting of the pieces would be the least time consuming part, the assembling and finishing would take the most time.

mods can take you in many directions. I think the best thing out there is a passthru. THey run 5v so you can use LR atties and you can buy the adapters so then you can use just about any atty out the. The greatest part is is that they are fairly cheap (sub $20) and the battery never dies, lol. Oh! I saw the collest thing to day, it was an ego battery with a usb on the end of i. So you can charge it like a battery but you can also plug a usb cable into it and use it as a passthru.

I have my shelf full of mods that I don't use to much anymore after I got the Buzz from Notcig. I just hate being restricted to fixed voltage any more and now I can set my voltage to the perfect level for the carto/atty or juice I'm vaping for a primo vape. Notcig also has the best customer service available and the blemished Buzz (can't find the blemish) is only eighty something dollars.
Another idea is to make one. Mad Vapes has all the parts to do it and the instructions. . Around $25.00
