There can often be a slight variance in the resistance of pre-made
coils. Unfortunately, in your case that variance puts you below your
device's resistance limit. With that said, even if your coil was reading at .3Ω, you'd need much more than 30W to get the intended performance out of that coil. At .3Ω, 30W is only giving you 3V. The Atlantis' .3Ω coil is meant to be run at 50W or higher.
