I love RN4075 atties, but HATE the carts, they always leak liquid through the mouthpiece into my mouth, especially at high voltages. I like 510 atties but LOVE the carts because they never leak liquid in my mouth, and they're way bigger. BUT.....510 carts are slightly smaller diameter than 4075 so they just fall out.
How to Fix.....
you need
a tube cutter
4075 atomizer (duh)
510 cart (duh)
Put the atomizer in the tube cutter with the blade as close to the mouthpiece end as possible. Tighten up the blade and start turning, it won't cut through the metal right away but will score it a bit, leaving the inside of the atty dented equally all the way around. You don't need to score it much, a few turns will do. Just score it enough so the 510 carts sits nice and tight. 510 carts reach just as far in as the 4075 so the stock filler will work just fine, I prefer PTB filler in my carts. You might want to try this on a dead attie first to get a feel for it, and a slightly dull cutter blade would probably be a good choice for a first time mod. Tube cutters are rather cheap so it's not gonna break the bank. Sorry if the close up pic is a bit fuzzy, it;s the best quality pic I can upload.
