Okay first off I know that most of these products are so new that not many people will have a lot to add to this conversation. I am not saying do not post if you don't know much about the product, but personal experience of the company and support is very welcome.

Real quickly I would like to add that I currently have a Kanger Subox Nano kit. This is/was my beginner setup to get off analogs and it has worked. I also run a UD Zephyrus tank on the Nano and except for some gurgling, I like it.

Okay now onto the choices.

Kbox 120/200;
Pros
1- 2 18650's
2- Ugradeable firmware, according to mfg.
3- Supports most wire
4- USB charge

Cons
1- Strange battery door ( I like magnets)
2- Battery tray looks a little cheap

Koopor Plus
Pros
1- Nice construction "At least from what I've heard from reviews."
2- Magnetic battery door
3- 2 18650's

Cons
1- Firmware update issues, at least with the mini
2- No USB charge and if the firmware updates are the same as the Mini, the port is useless as charging is not allowed either
3- No SS wire use at the moment

joyetech Cuboid
Pros
1- Already has a positive update (upgraded to 200w)
2- 2 18650's
3- Supports all wires including custom blends in TCR mode
4- Smaller size

Cons
1- Odd battery door. I feel like this will go bad over time.

Pleas feel free to add any pros/cons or give suggest other devices in the $60 under price range. 2016 should have some good innovations.

Cuboid for sure. Its basically an evic vtc mini with dual batteries. Not sure what makes you worry about the battery door, its joyetech so it will be done decently without much doubt.
Next to that, joyetech is one of the few companies that not only bring you upgradeable devices, they actually deliver regular firmware upgrades as well:)
I hope to receive mine in the coming days. If that alters my view on things, I'll update you but with the VTC mini being one of the best devices released in 2015 in the <150$ range and all the features on the cuboid as well, I doubt I'll regret my 35$ purchase....
As for other pro's I took from the infomercials so far:
USB charging.
Individual battery indicators and volt measuring (nice to see if you replace with one empty battery by accident or just a bit paranoid of batteries not being equally charged in dual cell mods)
Lovely clear & informative screen
Looks nice but that's kinda subjective
Great software. No difficult menus to browse and click through, all is always on screen.

@Eliteje
I have really been lingering towards the Cuboid because of the stellar eVic reviews and the fact it's still a nice compact size. A couple of questions for you for when you get your device in:
1) Is it comfortable in the hand?
2) What color did you get? I am lingering towards the stainless but worries of finger prints all over it.
3) Where did you buy from? I love want to buy for a U.S. Distributor that way I don't have to wait forever but they can sometimes cost significantly more.

"Vaping on a budget baby!"

Edit: 4) can you put a link on this thread to your review when you have a chance to do one?

Thank You

@Stinkytofus

I was not sure if this was the post you meant to write in. The only thing I read in there relating to my post wS the IPV3 but, and this is an Iggy sized but. I think the IPV4S sounds more suitable. I confess to not knowing a lot in Pioneer4U products but though I did remember issues with the IPV3.

Pulled the trigger and got the Cuboid. Cant wait to get it. Hopefully USPS will not take forever.

I want to get a new tank for it. I have a Delta 2 and a Zephyrus right now. Was thinking of the TFV4, my brother has one and it's awesome, but want to know if there is anything else I should look at.

Oh and a good RDA. Have yet to venture into that world but now that I am building my own coils I'd like to get one.

I got the Koopor Plus for Christmas, and it's great. It is built like a tank, has TC for Ni, Ti, and SS out of the box, and if you have two sets of batteries and an external charger (you really should) the "no USB charging" thing isn't such a big issue at all. The magnets on the battery door hold it so firmly I have to shake it nearly to the point of dropping it, to get it to rattle at all. As for the update process...I see no reason to update the software it came with...not yet, anyway.

I have the crown, tfv4, starre pro, atlantis 2, isub g, and the herakles plus. Herakles plus takes it. Airflow is amazing. Top fill is great. Flavour is insane. And the vapor is so much.

Now for mods I've had
Istick 40w
Sigelei 75w
Vtc mini
Sigelei 150w tc
Lavabox dna200
And the releaux dna200

I kept the releaux and the lavabox. Releaux is pricy for the dna200 but worth every penny. For the cheaper rx200.. I didn't bother. I like the dna chips personally

I have had the Koopor Mini for 3 weeks. I liked it alot until I dropped it, now the button is wonky. Works sometimes. I bought it right though, a local vape store was clearancing them for $30.
Had the IPV D3 for 5 months then the screen went dim. So dim I cant even see the screen when the battery gets low. It still vapes fine. I really liked it too.
Had the Hana Modz V4s for 2 days. 510 pin broke. $150 down the drain.

I have reserved myself to the fact that I am going to buy small cheap mods 3-4 times a year.

I have a Koopor Mini too (also received for Christmas) and (as with the Plus) have had no issues with it. The same strong magnets hold the door firmly in place, and it fires everything I throw at it. Since I'm not much into TC, I have no need (yet) for SS support...but the unit is upgradable, so if that became an issue, I'd just send it in...though I could probably do the upgrade myself with the proper software and cabling.

@blubeard - I bet that button could be fixed.

You think your button issue is bad, I dropped my rx200 from a little over a foot high, like 3 inches more than a foot high, and it broke entirely.

So I just received my cuboid. Throw some batteries in it and the screen comes on then goes out. I fiddle around with it and figure out that damn door isn't making complete contact. I have to put pressure on the door to make contact. I contacted the vendor and they emailed me a prepaid postage label so hopefully they do the right thing and quickly.

My brother has the releaux dna200 and the tfv4 and that is a beast. Hell of a setup and a cloud monster. More out of my price range though.

I have a friend with the herakles and honestly I was not that impressed. Seemed to spit and gurgle a lot. Could be his set up but that's all I have had to go off of. Thank you though. I appreciate any and all input.

I am still looking for a good tank for my recently purchased and immediately sent back cuboid. I know the guys that do the YouTube reviews have hand picked boxes but honestly the quality is less than desired.

I don't know, I may try to return it or warranty it.
I am either really hard on my mods or have just been having really bad luck with them.
I just picked up an IPV D3 and am liking it so far.
