I think Innoken really makes the best internal battery mods that are high powered, and last well. I would go to the Innoken manufacturer's page, look at your options and then decide which one would suit you best. There are several, and many of them should last you a full day given the wattages you are vaping. Best of luck,

A 5000ma LiPo will do that for the majority of people. Whether you are one of them or not I have no way to know. It’s like saying “I want a car I can drive all day without filling the tank”. Many of them will do it for most people, but there’s no way for me to know how far or fast you drive
