bought a few carts today from VaporNine without thinking (normal habit) and was planning on buying a 510 atty adapter and a few attys instead from TW or somewhere. Since I can't get a refund on them, is there anyway to turn them into usable atomizors?

I have adapters for my 510 battery to 901 atomizers (haven't tried it with 808 catros yet) and an adapter for my 808 battery to 510 atomizers/cartomizers (don't have any of those yet). I just bought the 808 to 510 adapter to have on hand if I ever do.
