Here is a 1:1 clone that is excellent EHpro Atomic Clone RDA. Lot's of discussion on modding it to bf @http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/566507-bf-experiment.html. It is very easy to do.

So, you recommend the clone? Super tempting, but the thing has to be super legit in order to sit on such a fancy throne like a Reo.

EDIT: Doesn't matter. $17 is a small price to pay for a test which could turn up very successful. Thank you very much, Mack.

Hey the clone to try out your skills if you are confident then get the original
You don't want to ruin a100+ atty

Oh, I totally agree.. Hence why I asked if someone was whiling to do it for me.

I'm definitely trying this clone though. I have a drill press and I've tried various things. Not gonna say I'm anywhere near good at using it though. :)

I'd not try to drill that - i took one look at the pin when i knocked it out of the atty and it is long. You run the risk of snapping drill bits in it with the slightest deviation.

I dremelled a channel on one side of the pin instead, which was a lot easier and works really well. Mark the pin before you knock it out to get an idea of where to cut the channel to.

That's perfect as I've done the same process to an Igo-S and an Igo-W.

Now, before I even knew that dremelling a channel was a "thing", I actually bumped into the idea by simply removing the pins and taking some nail clippers to the insulators. Would this be the same process with a dremel? Is there maybe a thread explaining the dremel way?

i managed to drill an igo-s - the pin is short, but any SS drilling is a PIA and you need to use cutting fluid ideally (so ofc i used vegetable oil -nm)

I leave the insulator alone, although that's possible and i use a cutting wheel on a Dremel to work from the bottom of the removed centre pin up to a point i marked with, say a black marker pen. I hold the removed pin in a vice is all. It doesn't have to look pretty although if you are OCD, then not getting a lovely smooth little channel will irritate you. Sorry!

Getting the pin in and out of an Atomic is easy enough - it pushes out from the top with a little assistance from a hammer! To put it back in i used the hammer too - but i removed all the screws so as to not damage the threads on the other two negative posts.

I'm running dual coils with 26g which hit a rather pedestrian 1Ω and it's not bad!

I drilled the center pin on my EH Pro Atomic. Like Super trucker said you have to go slow and use cutting oil. I left the pin assembly together and marked the depth on the bit so not to drill all the way through. Then used a dremel to drill a hole is in the side of the center post. That part didn't turn out pretty but it worked great. Now having said all that it sits in a parts container, hard to beat the reomizer LP.

i have - ooh about 13 RM2's cos i love them, but they are not great for dual coils and that kind of idiocy is what i like to do at weekends when i don't care if a battery lasts 5 hours or 2.

There's also no airflow control on them and there are better options if you want duals and don't want to drill loads of holes in RM2 caps.

HRH uses only RM2's on her mods and so i have to be very careful to not attack everything with a drill. My ADV RM2 has a 5/64" hole in it. Hers are all stock. Igos are great little atties to hack at too and i often run a w4 with duals, but i do find the posts a little too close together for my liking.

Have you found an original Atomic ??

Just wondering .... I would like to get a second authentic some time.

Honestly haven't even looked. I'm bad at finding something I want and not purchasing, so I figured I would ask my Reofam first.

I got my authentic Atomic at Hyperion Vape from Illinois, fast shipping and I have ordered a number of things from them in the past few months so if you have any questions send them an email or give them a call and leave a message.

I would gladly convert your Atomic... I have done 6 EHPro Atomic clones and a pile of TF Cyclones. I find the Atomic easy once you figure out "the easy way" to remove the center pin. Pm if interested...

There's an easy way to remove an Atomic clone pin?! My last clone was ruined when I tried to extract its pin. I swear that ....... was welded.

The authentic atomic pin is much easier to remove.

i put the atty on the jaws of my partly opened vice (not clamped), put a machine screw on top of the centre pin and tapped it with the old equaliser (hammer!).

I removed all the screws first, because to replace it after cutting a channel in it, i put the atty upside down on the vice with the 2 negative posts flat and banged the center pin back in.
