I would like to get some help getting ideas and info on modding Im still getting into vaping I keep asking my local vape shop about getting a large vape cloud and different mods and tank set ups so they refered me here I would like some of the people that have been vaping for a while and know a thing or two to help me out would like to learn about modding and what set ups would be good that don't cost an arm and a leg I keep hearing about the MVP 2.0 but unsure if I could get a tank set up/mod to allow me to get a deep hit with a large vape cloud I currently have a K100 kit with a Sony18650 2100mAh 3.7V battery and an Aspire dual coil tank and I get a pretty good hit but wish it was a little better with a bigger cloud any help and or advice would be great

Chasing clouds requires using a mechanical mod or a high wattage DNA regulated mod. Regulated mods like a MVP will have amp limits/protective circuitry which will prevent the use of sub-ohm coils or higher wattage vaping.

You've already got the best batteries for sub-ohms now. Sony VTC 30 amp continuous batteries.

You'll need a rebuildable drip atomizer. Preferably one with adjustable air control or large air holes (or re-drill larger holes yourself). You'll need to build 0.6 - 0.3 ohm coils. (I personally don't advocate building less than 0.3 ohms for safety reasons.)

Mandatory tools would be an accurate ohm reader to measure your coil resistance, precision screwdriver set to build your coils on, metal tweezers and a micro butane torch to make macrocoils. Kanthal wire in your gauge of choice and wick material of your choice.

Do your research and always use safety as your number one priority. Information Resources for Your First RBA

thanks for the great info very helpful so my battery is good what about a recommendation for a better mech mod
Personally, I love the Silver Bullet. I have two. I prefer a side-fire button; not a fan of bottom-fire buttons like most mech mods have. The Silver Bullet is made in the USA by AltSmoke, so should it ever require repair you can always get it fixed by the manufacturer in Ohio. Aircraft-grade aluminum body that you could drive a truck over. Smooth buttery threads. Great button. Available in several colors. Kick sleeve available for a Kick should you wish to use one with an 18650 battery. Just $85.

If you want to go cloud chasing, please don't skimp on research.
You need to know about mods, batteries, kanthal, wick, etc. You need NEED an ohm meter. You need to look online for an ecig ohm calculator. Here you go, theecigstop . com/ ecal.html
You need to know what batteries are safer than others. You need to know the difference between clone batteries and the real ones.
You need to know the amperage limit of your battery and the amperage of your coil (hence, ohm calculator).

I know baditude already covered this, but it bears repeating. Because the last thing we need is another vaper with his face blown off on the news. Cutting corners on safety in this area will result in facial deconstruction.
