That is one purdy pipe. :hubba:

I've been looking at repurposing my old pipes into vaping equipment. Just gotta take some measurements and figure out how everything would fit. And then somehow acquire the skills to put it all together.

Also I could then justifiably work on crossing "carve my own pipe" off my bucket list.

Every pipe I've seen has had a battery - 18350, 18500 or 16340 in the bowl and a 510 or custom atomizer (DSE 601) in the stem. I would guess the parts are similar in size to a normal pipe, so it should be possible with a little efffort. Madvapes has a lot of DIY mod supplies, not sure of a Canadian site that does offhand.

Makes sense. I do remember from my research that the outer diameter of a 510 female connector and the "standard" bore diameter for the mortise in a pipe shank are about the same, so that would be fairly easy to mate. It's more a question of how best to house the battery and switch the circuit. Actually I kind of like the way the Jazz seems to do it; seems like there's a nice cap over the bowl with that switch attached. Looks like it has a nice finished look to it.

Wonder if there's a market for a modded giant Ardor Oom Paul... Those puppies could fit a 26650 with room to spare.
