Just ordered a custom Sidesho Select Kit and some extras from Modern Vapor, and so far their CS has been superb so I thought I'd share...

I wanted specific colored parts in the kit (more than what their site allows you to customize) so I emailed them about it. No more than 10 minutes later I got a phone call from a rep to assist me with the order. The rep (Sandy) advised me to place the order online as well as I could and then she would revise it per my emailed instructions. I did this and within an hour I had a correctly revised invoice back from her. One accessory I wanted turned out to be out of stock (the SS Atomizer), so she offered to ship it free separately as soon as it came in if that was OK with me (it was).

I picked Modern Vapor for my first ecig in part due to hearing great things about their service, and so far it seems to be well-earned praise

Package arrived a few hours ago, everything correct and functional. I'll fiddle and break things in for a couple days before reviewing proper, but so far so good!

I really like MV as well. They seem to be very willing to work with you to get you what you want.

I started with a Blu, which wasn't bad but I wanted a bit more. So I ordered both the 902 and the Sidesho from MV. I've been really happy with both for different reasons. I like the Sidesho for dripping and when I just want more flavor. When I want more vapor, warmer vapor, and TH I usually pull out the 902.

I'm interested to know what you think of them as well! I've only had mine for about 3 weeks now, but so far they've been doing just what I needed.

I would like to know what special colors you requested phairest? I got a red,red L.E.D. sidesho select kit a couple weeks ago. It's my first PV that i used for more than a few days. ( first being some cheap off brand that almost turned me off to the whole idea). You may want to try some juice from vaporrenu.com . It's an excellent deal at around 8 bucks for 30ml and you can choose PG/ VG, TH, and nic level.

I ordered my first PV from them 20 days ago. I got the 902 kit, and it has totally turned me on to vaping, and off of cigs. The customer service was excellent. I accidentally ordered the sidesho thinking it was the bigger of their two models. I emailed late Sunday night to correct the order, and recieved a response within 10-15 minutes. I don't really like the juice I ordered from them. Vaporbombs juices are the only thing I have to compare to, but they are much better in my opinion, and cheaper.
