As a total newbie sitting at the doorstep waiting for my 902 Solo kit, I wanted to send accolades to Modern Vapor and Tony....I was on the website, which is AWESOME and easy to navigate, I hit the Live Chat button and there he was, Tony, with helpful answers as I was preparing ANOTHER order to put through. As a Customer Service Professional for over 30 years (showing me age!), I was impressed that not only is the website, which from what I see is new, greatlooking and easy, but the quick response and the ability to ask if I was able to change my order, but it had shipped (no biggie, I will love the 902 I'm sure), but to be able to get some tips and a sneek peek at the new LUX!
I look forward to a great relationship with Modern Vapors and THANK YOU to Tony for a great intro to E-cigs!
