...If juice does get into the mod it can be cleaned.

...probably. I'd guess not always. If you get juice in a mod with electronics in while it's powered up, I'd guess there's a decent chance of killing it.

If it's powered down I'm sure it's fine, if you can be bothered to clean it properly. You can often soak electronics quite thoroughly as long as they aren't powered, and as long as you dry them thoroughly again before use*. Sticking them in an air-tight bag with rice in is often recommended - rice acts as a desiccant.

* not to be taken as advice to try it unless you need to ;)

See i had the mvp2 for a couple days, i had ibtank glass on it, it fell out of my ourse while getting toddler out the carseat, hit concrete, glass tank broke and the mvp2 button was stick pressed in, as soon as i picked it up it flashed a gazillion times and died and has not come back.

So i have horrid luck and i payed $70 for that battery. Need something built like a tank on durability and also have vw

Yes, I think what you need is a tougher mod. Do you want to stay with the box style or would a tube mod be OK too?

Electronics can only short circuit while its activated. If your battery or the mods regulating parts get flooded you can just wash them with water... if you want since most e juices aren't conductive enough to even short circuit chips. If you do wash with water make sure the electronics is dried properly by sealing it in a jar of something like rice (dont forget to dry the rice in microwave first), sometimes little droplets get stuck under chips and stuff like that.

The old rice trick. I've used that successfully a couple of times to resurrect wet cellphones. It's worth a try.

Just thinking about it OP, if it fell with a tank on it, there is a chance it pushed down the center pin in your MVP. If you can get a little screw driver in there and gently pry it up a little (gently being the operative word there) you may find you can bring it back to life.

...Ive rinsed it with water and am going to throw it in a baggie of rice.

High purity rubbing alcohol is another option. It stands more of a chance of removing gunk, and won't harm the electronics. I wouldn't think it will harm o-rings either, unless you leave it soaking...
