I've had an itaste svd and have a madvapes near me. Before I go in I was hoping to get some advice on what to get. I don't know if mods have gotten better or if they are still basically the same and to get something else like the SVD.

I don't have a box mod so I was thinking about one of those but is there any point in getting on other than just the style?

Was wanting a nautilus mini but i don't think they have those. Maybe a kanger aerotank (v2?)?

Thanks for any advice for some mod from there in the $50-$130 range (don't want to spend a lot unless it has very good upgrades from the SVD types) and any good tanks (non-rebuildable)

Thanks!!

(with rebuildables, I get confused because the resistence is so low, wouldn't even 3.2 volts burn out a sub ohm coil? Kinda would like to get an rba just to try but I don't understand them very well, I do have a k101 though also)

I would get a main-line VV/VW mod like Sparkky just mentioned. It will be your primary to learn and experiment with. It will also give you some time to learn about Ohm's law and RDAs a little better.

If I heard correctly, the iStick 50w will be out on the 24th. The iStick 30w just came out, or, the SVD 2.0 is a good one, but again, it doesn't have a lot of watts.

Good luck!

All up in your grill..
I have the xpro b50 and I love it. Throw an Atlantis tank on it with a 2500mah lg battery in it and it will cloud up suprisingly well even at 6 watts. At 6 watts the battery lasts me all day. The thing is super lightweight, compact and charges really fast too. My understanding is that the m50 is the same mod without the bluetooth function so it's probably a good buy.

ahh cool. Thanks I didn't realize they had the one without bluetooth.

Hmm, maybe I should get an atlantis since this will go low? I'd like to try sub-ohm I just don't know how. The atlantis might be easier, otherwise I need to get something like a nautilus or aerotank

I am more impressed with the atlantis tank then I have been with anything since dct's first came out. With the .5 ohm atlantis coils you need a mech mod or a box built for sub ohm to use it. Way less hassle then learning to wrap coils. But for a lot of people learning to wrap coils is a hobby in and of it self. The atlantis looks pretty hard to rebuild so if wrapping coils is your goal you should definitely get an rda instead. If you are going to wrap coils though, it would be wise to put a lot of time into educating your self about things like ohms law and battery safety. Otherwise it can be pretty dangerous. Using a regulated box mod with an atlantis on the other hand doesn't require anywhere near as much of an investment of time and it will blow some pretty serious clouds. The photo here is me using the atlantis on the xpro at 6 watts:
