The Innokin devices do not use the 33.3 hz chip either. Their variable volts and variable wattage devices start at about 39 bucks so they are very affordable....Since you already own an MVP I'd say check in on a Cool fire or the innokin VTR....or have you seen this yet ??

I have some Provari's as well and are good mods.

I Also have the Semovar (one for the wife and one for me) Very nice and can vouch for these as well...They use the Nivel chip which has actually been around for a while in Europe..(This is Russian designed and machined in Germany from the same people that make the kayfun.. SvoeMesto Semovar SM V3 (Mod) - Cloud 9 Vaping

The DNA 30 Mod's are out..limited suppy at the moment. ZEN makes a pretty nice one.. ElectronicStix.Com · ZNA by House Of Hybrids I havent used one but have held it. It will power coils at .5 ohms if you like.

Good luck !!
