Last August while browsing threads I came across a fairly new vendor's thread titled "New Kid on the Block" that turned out to be primarily a juice vendor, Mom and Pop Vapor shop. Since I was having trouble getting my favorite juice at the time I decided to give them a try and after a little chatting placed a small order for several flavors that looked promising. When they came I was surprised to find a couple of samples of other flavors with them. A couple of the originals weren't quite my cup of tea but most were really great which prompted a second order. I noticed they said they would tweak any of their juices to suit so I sent a pm asking for some minor changes on my next order. When it arrived I knew for sure that I had found my new vendor. I started asking questions about more of their flavors and got not only prompt detailed replies to guide me with my next order, so I wouldn't wind up with a drawer full of graveyard juices I didn't like, but a couple of samples of things I'd asked about as well. Even though I had only placed two small orders with them they treated me like I did a half million dollars a week with them. More often than not opening an order is like opening a box of Cracker Jacks. There are often surprises. Beside the regular flavors like RY4 etc., they have quite a few unique flavors such as Butterfly Bait, Pchela's 5 layer, Blue Ridge Mist that are all mysterious and delicious and wouldn't fit into any catagory I know of. Some of these were actually created by them listening to their customers and running a contest. These were well tested by other customers before they offered them on their site. They are starting to increase their hadware lines as well and have some great bargains. As the name implies it's a family run business and they treat all their customers more like family than any other I've done business with. They actually listen to their customers to find out what they want rather than "here it is,take it or leave it". They have a long running 15% discount code on liquids and a thread on their sub forum offering 30% off for your birthday. They courteously and efficiently try to take care of the occasional problem that arises in any business and usually include something for the inconvenience. I've seen them help a LOT of people, including our service men and women overseas and from the work they do in the community they are definitly not all about the money. If you want a caring vendor that will bend over backwards to make you happy and some of the best tasting liquid around check out their site and sub forum and then decide. I have no dog in the fight but felt like the kind of product and service they offer needed to be posted.
