Monongalia West Virginia - E-Cigs Included in Indoor Smoking Ban

The story says that the e-cigarettes are included. However I checked the county web site and the only smoking ban there is from 1990; and, of course, it does not include e-cigarettes.

If there is a newer ordinance, or a proposed revision to the ordinance, please provide a link.

Here is the City of Morgantown's ordinance.

W. H. Drane - Municipal Codes

In the definition: (l) “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, burning or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe, plant or other smoking equipment in any manner or in any form. (Ord. 12-05. Passed 2-7-12.)

This is the same definition as in Virginia's statewide smoking ban, which the Attorney General rules does not include the use of e-cigarettes.

Elaine, thank you so much for looking into this. I appreciate everything you, all the members of CASAA and Bill Godshall do for THR and the ecig Community! I apologize profusely for not responding sooner but I have not been on much as I have been having some medical issues.
