Moondrop
I'm a firm believe in praising people and companies that do well. I am new to vaping (Just a couple weeks) but I am not new to retail. I have worked in customer service of one form or another since I graduated high-school in 1985. Let me tell you, dealing with Paul at Moondrop has been a total pleasure. He is observant, listens to what I say and has been nothing but completely helpful since I first sent in an order a week ago.
I started vaping with a 901 that I purchased at a local tobacco shop and was quickly aware that I needed something different. While it helped me not smoke analogs, I knew there was more to this than what I had. Paul answered my questions, offered suggestions and sent me a box of juice and a nice new PV for me to try. I was really excited and everything that he sent me was spot on with what I wanted, but apparently he wasn't happy with it and has informed me that he is sending me a couple modifications. Now I'm really excited.
He has gone above and beyond what I would typically expect from an on-line based retail establishment and has not once disappointed. Oh, did I mention that he did all of this during the freak snowstorm in the NE as well as while he was moving locations?
Moondrop definitely gets an A+ from me on communication and product.
I will provide reviews of products as I use them.
