You will have to be alot more specific such as what is "breaking the bank" and what kind of juice are you looking for? Also, taste is very subjective, so what everyone is raving about may not be your thing. Go to the eliquid review forum and see whats hot and whats not and then figure out if it is in your bank range.

Have you tried any eliquids from online vendors so far? What price range are you looking at?

My daughter and I enjoy flavors from Mt. Baker Vapor, VaporBomb, The Vapor Room, Killer Juice, Seattle Vapors, ITC Vapes, Vape Wild, and The Broke Smoker. All have a good variety of flavors, reasonable prices and shipping charges, good customer service, and good turnaround time on orders.

None of the above are pre-steeped, with the exception of Mt. Baker Vapor's GWAR line, which are shipped with some steeping on them.

Whether to steep or not depends on how you perceive the taste of the eliquid, with the equipment that you are using. There are some eliquids from the above vendors that we enjoy straight out of the mailbox, and others that we think benefit from steeping for varying lengths of time. My daughter enjoys Mt. Baker Vapor's Hawk Sauce straight out of the mailbox, despite recommendations for steeping for varying lengths of time from other fans. For me, custard and creamy flavors do not start to come into their own until they have steeped for a couple of weeks or more.

It is all up to you. If you like the taste of the eliquid straight out of the mailbox, the vape it. If not, try steeping for a while. Steeping can help eliquids "come into their own", but it is not the be all, end all of vaping. At some point in time, you will encounter eliquids that are not to your taste, whether they are steeped or not. Steeping and price do not guarantee that any eliquid will taste good to you.

Can't go wrong with Nickoticket, it's about the same price as the local B&M's so I save a little from no sales tax. Anything that has choices other than nic levels are going to be made after your order which means they may need steeping, depending on the flavor. I haven't found anything from Nickoticket that's not ready to go when you open it. There are some that get even better over time and others that I think are best when they are new. I just leaned to adjust the the size bottles I order and my stockpile so they're as close as possible to the way I prefer them.

only ones who sell pre aged juice are the ones who make it in bulk and allow it to sit for weeks on end.... that means you will be limited to certian PG/VG ratios, certian nic levels, and not too many options elsewise... if you are happy with that set of options, any big juice manufacturer will be happy to sell you some... but if you want good juice, pre aged isnt going to be an option....
