airstar,

I think you're a little confused on the vocabulary.

Cart=cartridge, a tank for holding juice. it needs to be attached to an...

Atty=atomizer, they are the actual heating element used to vaporize the juice.

Carto=cartomizers, an atomizer and cartridge combined in one. This is probably the unit you are looking for. kr808d-1 typically use cartomizers.

The fluxomizers, etc. mention above are good choices. they are clear plastic cartomizers with no stuffing. I like them, wouldn't use anything else myself.

I like these on a small volt auto battery, CLEAR AND EASY TANK they are small and very easy to fill. For big fat manual batteries like the igo I prefer the fluxomizers.

808 is KR808D-1, a 3.7v 2-piece model that uses cartomizers.

Yes there are clear cartos with KR808D-1 threading

On a KR8008D-1 manual battery you can also use a standard resistance DSE901 atomizer and 901 drip tip (drip tips are not recommended for auto batteries)

But remember - this is not food. And you have to smell the vapor. Your tongue can only taste sweet, salty, bitter, sour and umami (MSG). Everything else is aroma.
