This is a new one to me. I don't recall anyone from the CDC saying e-cigs cause lung cancer and gum disease. Seems like we would've heard about that.
I'm not even sure what this sentence is supposed to mean. Is the writer actually implying that one cigarette contains enough nicotine to kill a person?
Where do they get these numbers? And how monolithic do they think this product class is? This makes about as much sense as saying "A new car costs around $20,000, plus $50 for each tank of gasoline. One car equals approximately 15 motorcycles."
