Okay, so I have decided to order the 510 starter kit from Innovapor. I get to select what strength cartridge I want and I have no idea. I know that the cigarettes I smoke give me approximately 15 mg of nicotine a day. But, I know that you don't smoke an e cig like a regular cigarette. So, how many cartridges would I smoke, if I was puffing on it like a regular cigarette? I am thinking I should get the low cartridges which are 10 mg. Is that right?

Then, it comes with ejuice - which you have all convinced me to do - and I have the same problem - do I go with high(20mg) or low (10 mg)? Can you buy the high level and use less of it to be cost effective?

You can buy the higher mg juice and mix down. If you get the juice too weak you are just stuck with it. If you are smoking ultra light cigs you probably want a meduim cartridge. It really depends on what you want to do. Are you trying to quit smoking?

I'd say buy high and mix down. In order to get off cigs you'll need just enough. Get your carts weaker than your juice and see what works.

You can buy one bottle of the high and one of the medium or low of the same flavor. If you find the high is too high, just start experiementing with mixing it with the lower strength until you get what you like. Half 20mg with half 10mg will give you 15mg. Or two thirds 20mg and one third 10mg will equal 18mg.

Seems like it would be a lot cheaper to buy high and mix with pg or vg to dilute.

But when you do that you also lose all the flavor in the juice.

Yes, I am trying to quit smoking. I went with medium for both. I want it to get here and in order for it to get here I have to order So, thank you for all your help. I am sure that I will be back on here with more questions when it arrives and I am trying to refill for the first time. I figure I can see how the medium works and if I need to go up or down then I can adjust.
