More Nicotine in Hookahs or e-Cigs?

I never really thought about this. I tried hookahs before and it really never satisfied my nicotine craving. I know they had low amounts.

Do e-Cigs have higher concentration amounts of nicotine compared to it? I'm not talking about the 16mg it labels on the cart but the actually intake amount.

But I bet it's still a lot more since the label on the hookah tobacoo said something like .4 % nicotine.

from my few experiences with hookahs, the nicotine quantity is greater with e-cigs. i also dont get much relief with hookahs though and doubt i could replace my cravings with a portable one. i can with a fresh e-liquid.

there is also less smoke volume though some flavours are similar. also with a new e-cig you will experience that back of the throut sensation which i think is not manifested with a hookah, though this feeling fades as the at/batt looses potency.

Interesting read. The Hookah however seems to be as bad (or worse) than smoking normal cigs and is not very portable, so not something I would be wanting to give a try
