The more smoke the better.
The way I see it is that you can use these things for two different reasons.......one is to "replace" cigs, than you want something that looks and feels the same. So the closer you can get to the amount of smoke from a real cig the better. From everything I've experienced so far, the e-cig falls (although not buy much) just a little short.
The second reason would be to quit smoking, by replacement, then tapering off the amount of nicotine consumed.
The biggest problem with this method is and has always been that the nicotine addiction is only half of the problem.
We need to understand the deep rooted psychological change that has to take place.
This is something that most don't consider.
If it were the nicotine only.....then the "patch" would have worked years ago.
When quitting, we smokers all have a very deep, nagging, feeling that we are "missing" something.
Sucking on lolly pops, eating carrot sticks, or pretending to smoke a cinnamon stick is about as effective as clubbing oneself in the ball sack.
We need something to make us feel like we are not "missing out"!
So the more smoke the better!
I want to feel and look like I'm smoking.....I'm a conflict oriented person to begin with, so I don't give a flying rats ... what anyone thinks!
Let them say something to me and I'll very politely explain what an e-cig is then proceed to tell them to MIND THEIR OWN FRIGGIN BUSINESS!
Sorry, I'm trying to quit smoking, so I'm a bit cranky!
It's bad enough that my rights as a smoker have been all but extinguished, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna let some vigil-anti, do good-er, give me **** about how I deal with it.
As a matter of fact......I hope it drives them crazy that I "look" like I'm smoking.
Just imagining the indignation makes my ... twitch!
But I mean all of this in the nicest way.
