more or less

don't have mine yet (will tomorrow) but wondering if you folks use these more or less than analogs? Not quite sure how to measure the two against each other, but maybe someone has figured it out.

For me, I'm thinking I will use less. Sometimes its just the 1-2 hits I want and I'll be good. I have putting out a half and then when relighting it I cannot stand the flavor.

I think I use the e-cig about the same as I smoked an analog, it's really hard to tell, since it doesn't burn down like a cigarette. Many times I will take a few puffs and put it down and sometimes I will puff on it like a pipe, usually when I am on the computer.

Welcome to the ECF, there is a lot of info here and a lot of nice people here too.

Good question - I've been thinking about getting a clicker and keeping track of how many puffs I take in a day, just for grins. Since I can vape in my office, at least for now, I just take a couple of puffs whenever the urge strikes, so I'm using it differently than I did cigs. With cigs, it was rare that I didn't finish one, where now just a few puffs of my VK satisfies me for a while. According to a formula I found in a Nicotine thread in the Health section, I think I'm getting at least the amount of nicotine I was getting with cigs (I go through a couple of cartomizers per day, so around 2ml of juice). I know I'm enjoying the taste a lot more!

Does anyone know if blu has resolved their shipping problems? Also, are the blu e-cigs the same/similar to an M401? If so, if I purchase a PCC from blu would I be able to charge my M401 in that PCC? Thanks.

Seems like its all the shipping issues were resolved. Mine came in a week. As far as charging it with the M401... I have no clue my friend :-(

i used to have a cig every hour,,, but after finding out about 6v mods i was able to cut my vaping back to one 5 min vapathon and then forget it for 2 or 3 hours wthout any cravings. but vaping 36mg liquid @ 6v was the key for me.. your needs will vary.

haven't got that far into the technical side. We smok ultra lights now so i'm thinking we'll be ok without all the mods/fancy stuff i've read about

interesting on the clicker; you could math out the comparison. I was thinking I would vape less- like you I think I could just step out and take a hit or two and be good.

We have decided to try to keep all on the same level as far as smoking outside, not on the boat, etc. The ultimate goal is do not be addicted to anything ('cept each other:p) so we don't want to get change habits to make it eassier.

I am just over 2 weeks into vaping and I am definitely vaping more than I smoked. My wife didn't like me smoking so I ended up going for a lot of 15 minute drives. I also didn't want the kids to see me smoking. I smoked a lot more than my wife thought I did, now I can just walk into the other room and take a few pulls. My gas bill has gone down drastically and my energy level has gone up!
