I have been vaping for almost 9 months now and I find that I am vaping less and less all the time. I have been trying to get down to 0 nic, but not there yet.

The strangest part is I have had more thoughts about wanting a real cig. A real, really, good one, like in the old days, but the idea quickly fades.

Has anyone that has been vaping for awhile found that the longer you vape the less the need to is?

There is one more point I would like to make. I know for a fact that if I did stop vaping I would be back on the analogs toot sweet!

I've been noticing that the lower the nic in my juice, after a couple of days on it, the less frequently I vape. I've been lowering my nic lately and got down to about 4mg. Now I'm out of my "mixers" and , being unemployed, I have needed to use up the other juices laying around my apartment (12mg-18mg). Once my unemployment benefits kick in (or I find another job) I'll be ordering more juice in lower strengths.

OK, sorry to wander a bit off topic there. I will say that my experience has been similar to yours in that respect. I do plan to get off of vaping eventually but I'm not quite there yet either. My 510 batts started dying and so (with my last bit of disposable income) I ordered an eGo so I may keep vaping that much longer as I have a new toy! Ah well, sure beats a ride with the "Marlboro Man" to the cancer center...

what happened to In the change to e-cigs the first 4 days were like hell. I needed a cigarette and had very strong cravings, so, I had the e cig in my mouth all the time using a 18mg/ml e-liquid ( so pretty high) and I was still feeling like before, strong crazy craving to smoke. Now after 20 days I didn't smoke again but even using e-liquids with nicotine I don't feel any physical stimulus, I just vape for pleasure so I came to the conclusion that:
1 Or I'm immune to nicotine...
2 Or these devices provide so few quantities of nicotine that you can't even get addicted.
Really, I don't have any craving, I can even vape once a day still using 18mg/mg e-liquid, just because I like the throat hit. Infact I'm waiting for the q-hit liquid coming out

I have been vaping since Feb, so I consider myself still a noobie, but I do find when I am busy working, especially with my hands, that I vape less....A good example is mowing the lawn...When I was using analogs, I would still have one in my mouth, but with vaping now, I don't stop or have a pv in my mouth...So for me, it depends on what I am doing...Where before I would still have a analog sticking out of my mouth, now I have nothing and vape when I am done with what I am doing.....So that is a good thing...Enjoy....
