Thanks for your concern, yes I actually do feel better just using the stick batteries. I've been using them the past few days and the heart palps are pretty much gone.

I've not ever suffered from anxiety, but that is definitely a possibility. However, I do think the lower nic will help and just trying to not vape quite so much...it seems I vape way more than I ever smoked, lol.

Thanks again.

that´s one of the downsides of vaping. With cigarrettes, it ends, you put it out and wait before lighting another. With vaping it´s ready and always near so it´s easy to over do it. I lowered to 12 mg, and keep a 24 mg carto just for cravings!

I immediately dropped from 24mg to 18mg to 12mg within my first 2 weeks of vaping. I smoked about 1-1.5 PAD of ultralights and sometimes more than 2 packs. I thought I needed the higher levels. I didn't. I got headaches, a tingly kind of "crawling skin" feeling in my hands, feet, legs, and occasional palpitations. When I got to 12mg, that all went away. I was using the Smokeless Image Volts at 18mg... then dropped to 12 when I got the Volt X2s (eGo sized). Now at home I use an APV (Zenesis Mini), and the over-nicced symptoms started happening occasionally if I was sitting around chain vaping. I ordered some of my juices in 0 nic, and I'll mix 1/2 0mg 1/2 12mg to make 6mg and vape that with this particular device. If you're seeing a bigger vapor cloud with the device, you are burning more juice, and getting more nic per pull. Definitely drop the nic.

Oh no! I'm probably over stimulated too. I drink coffee like water and vape like breathing.

I currently use 24 mg because I am not mentally prepared for a lower dose just two weeks into my quit. I have noticed that sometimes at work, on 3rd boring shift, I vape A LOT more often out of boredom and don't feel well. It is more nausea than anything else. Now I am really careful about how much I vape.

Twas me I'd get a lower nic level for that 3rd shift vaping out of boredom. Nausea is nic sick symptom ;)
