Seen a lot of good things about MFS here & placed an order a couple weeks ago. Been meaning to post my experience...

Well, my first contact with Chris at MFS was sending a question about his flavors. He got back to me right away with a clear answer & also quickly replied to other questions I sent later.

So I ordered some samplers. There was a 25% discount at the time. It was supposed to be applied at checkout automatically, but something went wonky & it didn't happen. So I e-mailed Chris & let him know. He responded right away & said to give him a call. He told me I'd have to give him my card info over the phone for the refund, as the shopping cart just shows the last 4 digits. I was nervous about that, but figured I would go ahead & talk to him. Thought maybe I could get store credit instead if I was uncomfortable.

This all happened at like 11 pm (sure wasn't expecting a quick reply at that hour!). I left a message the next day & he called me back. We chatted a bit & he was very nice. I joked about him not going shopping with my credit card & he totally understood my concern & was reassuring about it. So, I went ahead & provided the info. It took a couple days due to Christmas, but the refund showed up with no problem. And my juice arrived quickly as well.

I don't normally make a big deal about people doing their jobs properly, but his service was noteworthy. So I emailed him this:

Received my juices yesterday. Thanks for the quick service despite the holidays. I've only had a chance to try 2 of them so far. With my last attempt at sampling juice I kept constantly switching to a different one because I didn't like any of them much. (They all had that smoky undertone I mentioned before. I think it's just that particular supplier. *shrug*). Anyhow, I'm enjoying the 2 flavors I've tried so much that I want to run my cart dry before I try a new one. *grin* The others all smell wonderful, though. I opened a bag to get out a bottle & had to smell it repeatedly because it was so nice, even with it being a rather odd assortment in there. (Who would have thought that root beer, coffee, & amaretto would work together? Not sure I want to actually taste that mix, though. Hehe). I'm excited to try all my other flavors.

Also, thank you very much for taking care of the refund for the unapplied discount. :)

I really appreciate the great service, especially during the holiday season when things can get a bit crazed. You responded to my emails right away & you were also very pleasant to talk to on the phone. Your voice mail greeting sounds kind of stern, so I was afraid you were going to be all business & hard to deal with. LoL. (No offense! Many people on ECF have said you were great to deal with. I just get flustered talking business on the phone sometimes. So often people just aren't paying attention or getting what I'm saying & I end up getting frustrated.) So, I appreciate you taking a minute to just chat & joke around a bit & reassuring me about giving you my credit card info.

Just wanted to let you know I was pleased. And I'll definitely be ordering from you again, if I can ever make a decision on flavors. I think it's going to be hard to eliminate any of them.

Today I went to place another order & the sale announcement was still on the site, but again, not at checkout. I was pretty sure the sale ended at the new year, but didn't know if it was extended or something. So, I emailed again. Chris said the sale had indeed ended then, but if I placed an order he'd give me some extra stuff. (Not going to say exactly what the deal was because I don't want people taking advantage of him, saying, "Well RedRaven said xyz & I want the same thing! But, it was quite generous). I told him that wasn't necessary, but again, was very impressed with his personal service & going the extra mile.

I'm new to vaping & there's definitely a learning process, so I'm really pleased to have found a juice supplier I can count on. (And the flavors are great. They really do taste like what they are supposed to - I'll post a review of some later). I doubt I'll ever have a reason to order anywhere else.

As I said, I did email him with my thanks, but I ended up going with MFS in the first place based on positive comments here. So, seemed reasonable to add my own. :)
