First a little background story.
My house is in the process of having the 1st floor remodeled and the P.O. being the bright bunch they are, decided that since the 1st floor is empty, the house must be vacant. They shipped 4 orders back to the merchants I made the purchases with.
I emailed Chris at My Freedom Smokes about what was happening (tho, I thought at the time it was somehow MY error in typing my address) and asked him to send it back to me when he got it and I'd repay the shipping costs. Well, without question or hesitation, he resent my order without waiting for the returned goods to arrive. He never charged me the shipping cost again. And on top of it all, it came in 2 days. While arguing with the P.O. they gave me the 1st package Chris sent. I decided that since Chris so wonderfully took care of me, I payed him for the 2nd package as well rather than return it.
Huge thumbs up to Chris for such incredible, going out of the way customer service. He just earned a customer for life.
Now I just hope the other 3 vendors manage to pull through so my other $200 worth of supplies arrive. It's been a week and a half now. Thought I'd hear more than "I'll take care of it" by now.
