I think it will depend entirely on how you build the RTA, and has little to do with the type of RTA. It'll depend on too many factors, the resistance, how you vape, what wicking material is used .....etc, etc, etc, etc. Really no way to answer this question.

In general though....higher resistance build and vaping at lower temps should go through the juice more slowly than vaping at low ohms and high watts. I think this is what you are asking anyway.

In your experience, what rta would you say makes your juice last the longest? Gotta stretch that five pawns out! Haha
Stick with single coil RTA's like the Kayfuns , multiple coils and big airflow burn more juice . A Kayfun 3.1 or KFL V2 + clone or authentic is probably your best bet .

How fast your rta uses up juice is primarily dependent on the wattage that you vape at.
On a rebuildable that depends on the coil you build.

The 'efficiency' factors that the rta itself affect would be
1: leaking or likelihood of spilling
    2: ease of refilling

I would have said airflow, but I think your answer makes more sense, if you don't have the airflow, then you're not vaping at the higher watts.

I have a kayfun v4,3.1,kfl+, goblin, and kanger subtank. The subtank seems to eat the juice faster than the goblin. The most "efficient" is going to be the kayfuns, but they have the least airflow comparatively.
My 3 Kayfun 4s go through juice like a Dodge Hemi goes through gas at 13w.i could do a tank a day on my KFLs but I'm refilling like twice a day with the v4s. But the flavor and vapor is worth it. Plus I make my own juice so its not too bad..

Agree, just a re-wick and you lose 1ml in a V4 as my rayon is drenched lol. I think it's worth it too, for your reasons.

Well, I run a 1.5 single coils in all my rta's. I run them all at 4,2 in my provari, and they all burn at different rates from my experience. The erlk seems the most juice efficient and my rose v2 seems to burn the most. I'd guess that's because it has the most wick contacting the coil.

    All same gauge, I expect?

The rose is a steel tank, whereas the erlk probably has a pmma tank; not sure how that could make a difference.
Maybe airflow is playing a part....

Well, yes the SP is running a 0.5ohm dual build. However, it still goes through more juice than the Orchid v3 with a 0.4 ohm build. And the SP holds more.

My single coil RTAs I have/had: Erlk, Lemo, kfl, k4, Taifun GT, Spheroid, SquapeR, Rose v2, Phenomenon, eXpromizer, Prometey v2, Eviva-t...I've probably forgotten something...at any rate, the Erlks and Roses running verticals are the most efficient of the bunch. I seem to always be filling the Phenomenon. Yes, its only 3ml, but so are the Eviva and the Prometey. The Roses are only 3.7ml. And I vape them all about equally. The Erlk 1:1 holds 6ml, but gets significantly more mileage than the 5ml tanks even accounting for the extra ml.

When I needto be gone all day, the Erlk is what I take with me. The Lemo I might drain. The Erlk will still be going long after I get home.

I have a subtank mini and I use the rebuildable section and surprisingly, I can make my juice last a good amount of time. I think obviously the wattage has to be taken into account but also the the airflow and size of the juice channels
Good point on the wattage and airflow.. I can fill the 2ml well in my Magma and suck it dry after like 5 hits at 18w and the single 3mm airhole..
