Which e-cig or starter kit (that isn't modded) has a very reliable battery and has almost 0% change of a KA-BOOM or fire? You see, I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooxoooxooooxooxoxoooooo scared of explosions after all the stuff on the news.

How did you ever manage with something that needed to be ignited?

Perhaps a patch is a better option. (you can get it at the pharmacy when you refill your anti anxeity meds.)

Run with scissors!!!

I have no problem with fire on analog cigs. I'm just scared crap by a sudden explosion that will destroy my beautiful face and leave me in aaaaagony at the hospital. FYI I can only afford one face. But I guess my cowardness is mostly that big tobacco propaganda scare.

Anyway, What vaporizer would you recommend for my paranoid concerns?

actually I would get a regulated box mod... a good charger and some VTC4's.... the Innokin Disruptor seems to be pretty stable so far also...
What kind of battery is the VTC4? I googled it but l have no idea what it is. Is it some new thing or some Lithium variant? btw, the Innokin Disruptor is *shockingly* way to expensive whaha. But yeah, I guess I'll save up for that. Thx.

To be safe you don't need a "safe" mod. You need to know your equipment. If it's really a big concern stay awake from hybrid mods without center pins and use regulated mods. Either box mod or maybe provari. Use Sony vtc 4 batteries or other reputable brands with 30+ amp continuous output. These things aren't necessary as long as you know your equipment. As long as you know what your requirements are for your setup. Just keep reading. Don't use a tank on a hybrid mod. If you have a direct battery connection, make sure your center pin sticks out far enough on your rda so that it's not touching the top of the battery while the grounded 510 threads are also touching the top of the battery. If it doesn't, it should have a slit in it to unscrew it out. I always have mine sticking out the thickness of a penny. That's how that guy shorted his battery and had boom. It would be just like laying a piece of metal across the top of both your car battery posts. You need to know about amperage, ohms law, etc. This is my mutation x4 with the pin unscrewed out so I can run it on my smpl and not worry about it touching.

Here's a link to buy a sony vtc 4. You can get them just about anywhere. I bought mine locally for $18 each which is a rip compared to online. Buy from a reputable dealer as well. You don't want a rewrapped counterfeit. Sony VTC4 18650 30A Continuous Discharge Battery
I'm new to vaping so I don't know what the difference between mods are. What's a hybrid mod, mech mod, regulated mod etc... ???

Most (if not all) regulated, variable voltage or wattage batteries, i.e. eGo or Version Spinner, Kanger Subox, iStick, Ipv, etc have protection against overheating and putting the batteries in the wrong way. If you go with one of those you should be safe.
