MVP2 seems to get alot of positive reviews from people. I myself use a Silver Bullet. It's all in what works for you the best. I would stay away from those crappy ecig blu things or whatever they called. Waste of money. Take the money you would spend on those disposable things and grab yaself a nice mod/tanks/batteries/charger. this is what I started of with and for over a year have been using this same set up - 1 | Silver Bullet | Best electronic cigarettes| Cigarettes Electronic| Cigarette Electronic Cigarette| Best Electronic Cigarettes | Electronic Cigarettes - AltSmoke, 5 EH IMR 18650, 30amp, 1600mAh, Flat Top, 20 Smok Tech Replacement Bottom Coils, 5 AW 18650 Protected 3100 mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery - AltSmoke, 5 5mL PBC Tanks, and a battery charger. And some juice of course

Hmmm, most popular??? Depends heavily what classification and category, level of vape, ........, juice, blah blah baa, and who you are talking to. That said, out of everything, these two seem to be my most popular, most frequently vaped apv's.
Around here the MVP2 is definitely the one I see the most, and although I myself am not a huge fan because of the box mod size, several of my friends have them and they are very nice mods and definitely look like they're a little more durable than a pen style mod.
Kanger and Innokin are possibly the most popular because they offer such a wide variety or products that they cover a lot of user needs. They also build a damn decent product.
Impossible to answer that question. Both companies have a very wide and diverse product line, so as to "best price" it really depends on what model you are talking about.
