Hello all. I am writing a paper for class on the popularity of the e-cig. I was wondering if anybody knows approximately how many e-cig users are in the U.S.

No one knows. Its a grey area since it may or may not be legal.

Since no one knows, when you make up an number to put in your report, no one will know any better to say you are wrong or lied

It's legal until there is a law passed making possession,manufacturing,distribution-- of it illegal.

If it does get banned I think it will be one of those 'firecracker' laws. Legal to make, legal of buy...illegal to use.
