Most San Bernardino County cities receive failing grades on smoking control(Calif.)

"Eight Los Angeles County cities received grades of “A” Wednesday for their tobacco control policies, the American Lung Association said Wednesday.
The A list included Glendale, Pasadena and Huntington Park.
The city of Los Angeles received a C, as did Long Beach.
It was a different story in San Bernardino County."
