I run and am the facilitator of a "Bereavement Support Group" that is meeting tomorrow . . .

We were stationed in Brunswick, Maine for four years, and in those four years I was known as AngelaR. Anything that ended in a short A was pronounced with an R sound. Idea = Idear
Anything ending in an R was pronounced with a short AH. Avatar = Avatah
I thought it was a hoot and a half, especially since I'm from Texas originally, and had quite the accent before toning it down over the last 12 years of duty stations.

Its 'smothers day' movie marathon weekend on LMN - just watched a classic about a mother hiring a hit man to kill her daughter's husband...true story I might add....good times...
