Mouth hitting vs Lung hitting

If you know what im talking about, which do you prefer and why?

Been using both and feel that the nic delivery seems better with mouth hitting. Tons of vapor with lung hitting though, still not convinced its the way to go.

Maybe I'm just old, but lung hitting is way too harsh for me. Makes me cough everytime.

If I'm indoors or in the car with the AC off, I'll French inhale. Otherwise, it's directly down the hatch

can't really do that effectively with a setup made for lung hitting though. there would be too much airflow. or can you?

edit : sorry by setup i mean a sub ohm coil with a 2 mm or bigger airhole.

As a noob to the scene, not sure if what I say matters or not.. But what do is kinda like what mooreted does!

But most of the time it's whether i feel like doing a big lung hit or a nice decent mouth hit!

well biggest air hole ive seen is 1.5mm. ive never seen an airhole 2mm or bigger.
and around 1.5mm the flavor is around the threshold where the flavor loses quite abit already.
2mm? i dont know what flavor is there.

why have more vapour when we live in a country where vaping is restricted
throat hit and flavour are more of a plus point for me than vapour =)

I don't really know where the bigger airhole = less flavour theory came from but its serious bulls**t. Unless of course if you're talking about a low powered setup.

My aga-t is setup at 0.6ohms with a 2mm airhole and all i can say is better flavor better vapor better throat hit. And batt lasts much longer since i don't have to take long drags.

It's not always about more vapor or big clouds etc but more about the quality of the vape and its likeness to analogs.

That being said, wanted to find out if fellow vapers with similar setups prefer lung or mouth hitting (in terms of nic delivery,flavour etc) since i can't seem to find much of a difference personally.

Then again some chase clouds.
