I think this is listed as a quiting smoking symptom here but for me I do not think that is the case. I had not smoked in months, and gone without for years and off and on my whole adult life but was only smoking about 2 smokes a day for about 2 weeks before e-smoking and now I have a mouth sore... having quit, many many times. This has never happened. I think it is my e-smoking and I am worried.

I do not have any food allergies and the only thing that has changed is e-smoking.

I think I figured it out.

The Banana flavor I have been loving this week is HIGH and though it does not give a number, I am sure there is no way my body is used to that with my very light anolog smoking before.

So I jumped to my mint flavor from a different shop that has 0 nic in it and I hope this clears up soon. I really liked the banana too!

I had a cankor sore back in December. But I can't say I would get it all of the sudden after 3 months of vaping and analog smoking.

However, I do believe this issue may stem from getting juice in your mouth. Do you know if you had a good bout of e-liquid leaking out into your mouth and not rinsing right away? That's what I'm suspecting.

I'm also wondering if this could be caused from a combination of e-smoking and other tobacco use. (TB uses snus. I was doing vapor and analogs while cutting down...etc.)

What if whoever tests these things does have herpes? I never had canker sores in my life--but got one now. Thank god I finally got rid of those bumps on my tongue. They hurt so bad, I couldn't open my mouth (well, just enough to get the e-cig in, lol).

Good new booboo. Apparently the maximum life of the virus under ideal conditions is a few hours on plastic, etc. Unless you have seriously fast shipping I think we're safe.

On the other hand, if I had a supplier that put his mouth on ANY of my supplies, I think a call to a hitman would be in order. That's just naaasty.

Hum... I did get some liquid in my mouth a few days ago and I didn't rinse. But none got in the spot (I think) where I have this ouchy!

No other smoking by the way.

Seriously though..that reminds me. When I first started, I noticed I did get a sore in my mouth and even my teeth hurt a bit. My tongue was also getting a whitish color that I hadn't seen since I quit smoking. It almost made me stop but I figured I'd give VG a try first. Once I switched to VG (and then later PG cut heavily with VG) all the issues went away.

Have you tried any VG to see if it helps?
