Mouthful of juice

I just started using a Vivi Nova v3 or 2.5. I love the thing!! However, this morning I got a mouthful of liquid (NASTY). If I don't tip and twirl before a hit it ends up being a dry hit, but that mouthful has me wondering am I tipping it to much? Has anyone else experienced this? I took the drip tip off and gently swabbed the inside where the tip goes and the cotton swab was saturated with juice

The experience of a mouthful of juice is one i never wanna have again!

This happened to me before due to the fact that I did not put the rubber "grommett" back on top of the head when I put it back together.

Yeah, I have the rubber grommet on.

Do you fill it up to the very top of the tube or just to where the head starts?

I fill it to the bottom of the rubber cap on top of where the coils are

Never thought condensation would cause this issue. I was thinking back on past nova experiences and the only thing I can think of now is that little metal(circular) piece that is stored in the rubber piece we were talking about earlier could be up side down. Hit me randomly last last night that I did this before and had the same problem. Anything other than that, I hope someone can chime in.

Don't leave the nova on its side overnight, it will wick up juice Into the mouthpiece. I have had the juice in mouth, doesn't taste like it vapes

Lol, I can't tell which way is the right way, regarding the little metal thingy. I did see another post on ECF that had you pop out the rubber piece from the original drip tip and put it in the top --no more liquid nastiness in my mouth since I did that. Thanks for the responses!!
