They have changed the way they do their juice. They make it batches now and keep it on hand for 4 weeks. If you notice on the bottle it says "Bottled Date" instead of "DOB" date. I just recently ordered from them again after a while and they don't taste quite the same.
So according to that practice it should already be steeped. Send them a email and see what they say to do.

e-liquid in this fashion. It is also the reason why we are unable to offer "custom blends". All
e-liquid at Mountain Oak Vapors™ is made at a 70% PG, 30% VG base. We find this to be our "Sweet Spot"!
