They have changed the way they do their juice. They make it batches now and keep it on hand for 4 weeks. If you notice on the bottle it says "Bottled Date" instead of "DOB" date. I just recently ordered from them again after a while and they don't taste quite the same.

So according to that practice it should already be steeped. Send them a email and see what they say to do.

This is from their website.

Batch Mixing: All e-liquid that is made at Mountain Oak Vapors™ is made as part of a Master Batch. Each batch has a unique lot number that traces back to a nicotine batch, a flavor batch, a PG batch, and a VG batch. Each bottle you receive from Mountain Oak Vapors is dated, and all batches (and there active dates) are stored in a master database at Mountain Oak Vapors™. No batch will sit on our shelves for more than 4 weeks. What does this mean? Well, for some it means steeping is not neccessary, it has already taken place! For others it means they can rest easy knowing that there have been no "hand made mistakes" by an employee at Mountain Oak Vapors™ who maybe was a little tired that day. It means that each batch will have the same quality, the same flavor this week that it had 4 weeks ago, 6 months ago, or 2 years ago. Quality, Consistancy, Safety, and Reliability are just some of the many reason why we make our e-liquid in this fashion. It is also the reason why we are unable to offer "custom blends". All e-liquid at Mountain Oak Vapors™ is made at a 70% PG, 30% VG base. We find this to be our "Sweet Spot"!
